On 4th January 2025, Jayanti Memorial Trust in collaboration with Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center (MCVTC), Ex. Student forum Rudrapur secondary school and Kanchan Rural Municipality successfully organized a one-day Free Heart Health Camp led by Dr Bijay Yadav. Despite the foggy and cold day, the event saw overwhelming participation, with a total of 525 individuals benefiting from the cardiac services provided. JMT spearheaded this initiative in coordination with several local and national partners, with the goal of providing free cardiac care and raising awareness about heart health. The camp targeted heart patients and at-risk populations in the rural areas of Kanchan Rural Municipality, where access to specialized medical services is limited.

The event was a significant success, showcasing the need for continued heart care initiatives in rural Nepal.
