I am Eliza Pandey and I’m 21 years old, from a village in Nawalparasi district, where I live with my father who is physically impaired, my mother, two younger brothers and two younger sisters. I am the only earning member in my family. I only make Rs7000/- per month, which makes it very difficult to live an easy life.
When I fell really ill about 2 years ago and went to a hospital in Nawalparasi, it was confirmed that I was suffering from a cardiac condition. Because of this, even the little money that I used to earn stopped coming and our financial condition started worsening beyond repair. But anyhow I had to be treated, and I had heard about the miracles Dr. Bhagwan Koirala created as a doctor. I wanted no one else but him to look after my case, which is why I approached Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Centre. But due to the fact that I had insufficient money for treatment, I was notified about the Social Service facility in the hospital where I came to know about Jayanti Memorial Trust.
Now I have been admitted and my treatment is going on. I will continue with my medications till the doctors suggest otherwise. After the course of my treatment is complete, I will continue with my job and look after my family.
